Rainbow cabbage slaw

Ingredients:

half a green cabbage thinly sliced

half a purple cabbage thinly sliced

2. Carrots thinly sliced

1 Tbsp kosher salt

2 tsp ground pepper

1 cup white vinegar

2 Tbsp sugar



Directions


Slice cabbage and carrots all to the same thickness and place in a large bowl. In a small bowl whisk together salt, pepper, vinegar and sugar. Pour over cabbage and carrots and toss until coated. Serve as a side dish to your favorite entrée.



This cabbage slaw recipe is super easy and delicious.
