Ceaser Salad Dressing (gluten free and dairy free)

Ingredients
Dressing
8 anchovy fillets
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Juice of a small lemon
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
3 cloves minced garlic
To make the ceaser dressing, you will want to place the anchovies, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, and garlic in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste blend again. Use on a salad. Place in airtight container and refrigerate until you want to use on a salad. it should be good for a few weeks.
This ceaser salad dressing is so good, it’s rich, smooth and creamy and the best part it’s dairy free, and gluten free.
